PVC production process:

Ordinary PVC sheet extrusion line is generally composed of roller press, printing press, back coating machine and cutting machine. The ordinary adhesive film is directly pasted on the surface of the board with glue at normal temperature, so after one or two years, the adhesive film will easily fall off. The PVC film is pressed on the surface of the board at a high temperature of 110 degrees by using a special vacuum laminator, so it is not easy to fall off.

Process flow:

4. Penetrating heating: Improve the core and internal sinter ability of the product.
